Angel Juicer Nut Butter "Housing" - in Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel

Grinding housing for making nut butter, baby food, dessert, frozen fruit sorbet, and also, for grinding soaked grains and boiled beans. It is exactly the same as the standard screen housing in shape but has no holes on the screens, the solid stainless steel panel.

Difference between Food Grade and Surgical Grade Stainless Steel

• Chemical Composition of Stainless Steel Alloy 
• SUS-304 (Food grade) : Chromium 18%, Nickel 8% 
• SUS-316 (Surgical grade) : Chromium 16%, Nickel 10%, Molybdenum 2%, 
• SUS-316 surgical grade stainless steel is more resistant to sea salt, seawater, and de-icing salts. 
• NOTE: the two grades of stainless steel described above are safe, won't leach, won't react with food, and won't rust.
